Now is the winter of our electronic discontent

Well, apologies again for our nearly two week absence from the bogs, but our redoubtable, 7 year old MacBook abruptly entered premature senility and died, leaving us with only an archaic android phone with which to deal with them inter tubes.  Thanks to the kind folks at Pacific Macs, we are now up and running again and will be catching up with out posts shortly.  Thanks for your patience.

There'll be lots of things coming, including a review of our new Butterfly kerosene Oven for the galley, winter road trips around the Middle river, and other stuff, so please keep touch.

Mungo and Morgainne

Wheeeeeeeee!
PS we'll also be adding--finally--to our other blogs Life, Art, Water and Onboard Cooking so stop by and have a look as soon as we can get the new stuff up and running.

  1. Glad to hear that you didn't get frozen solid. I'm looking forward to your reviews and comments on how you've battled the cold.

  2. Actually the river DID freeze solid (though the water directly underneath the boat didn't). More articles today. Thanks Jarm.
