Us too. The next big thing is a redo of the Galley countertop, moving the sink and pump and adding more stowage. We're about a week away from that one....
I can't wait to see more and get some details as to why you've done what you've done. It is always good to hear the why.
Jarm, I think there are two reasons for the upgrade. The big one is that, now having lived in the space for two years, we know how we use it. There were traffic choke points of which we wanted to be shed, especially around the galley kingposts. We were also unhappy with the chair seating in the dining area. It worked, but wasn't terribly comfortable for lounging, and we really couldn't accommodate more than three people for dinner. Over and above that, some of the materials we used just haven't held up, so we're replacing stuff that delaminated or got ugly. I'll be including more details as well as the new floorplan as we get more into this.M
