Thank the gods of water for the NHC

We're watching hurricane Joaquin carefully.  So here's the issue: if it hits Cape Hattaras or so, we get rain, and it's fine.  If it veers out to sea, we're fine.  If it goes north to NY, we're fine.

But if it comes in at the mouth of the Chesapeake, the storm will pump massive amounts of water into the bay, and we could be looking at 6 feet or so of high tide.
